Provence, in particular, is known for its vibrant style and unique savoury character of Rosé which has captured the hearts of wine drinkers all over the world.
We are honoured to welcome to Noble Rot our very special guest Valérie Rousselle – owner of the prestigious Châteaux Roubine and Sainte Béatrice, located in the heart of Provence. In collaboration with Maison Vauron, Valérie will share her insights into the rise of Provence Rosé as we explore how it has inspired other styles of Rosé wines throughout the world.
Ease into the summer breeze as we showcase the diversity of the region’s wines through a range of Rosé styles, as well as Blanc and Rouge examples, excellently paired with a sumptuous menu of Provençal-inspired dishes.
