From fragrant and delicate, to earthy, savoury and umami, the unique variety of truffles makes them versatile for a range of dishes and have become a sommelier’s dream. Joining us from North Canterbury is our special guest George of George’s Truffles, one of New Zealand’s most avid truffle hunters, to share his truffle passion with you. To showcase what makes truffles truly enchanting, we bring to life a uniquely decadent 5-course degustation menu where truffles are the star of every course from entrée to dessert.
