These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noble Rot Wine Bar website. By placing an order through the Noble Rot Wine Bar, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.noblerot.co.nz Site Terms, you may not use the Noble Rot Wine Bar.

Pricing and Payments

All product prices on the Noble Rot Wine Bar are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs.

We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa). We use Payment Express as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.

When purchasing a voucher from Noble Rot Wine Bar this may be used at our physical premises for the redemption of food and wine to the value of the voucher. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Online Process

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below. Please note Noble Rot Wine Bar has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

Shipping

We will endeavour to send out your order the same day within NZ if your order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. For international orders please allow 4-10 business days. This does not include any delays during customs for international orders. Please note that Noble Rot Wine Bar has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. The shipping prices cover most purchases, however Noble Rot Wine Bar reserve the right to charge extra as applicable on any oversized/heavy products.

Our Returns Policy

Upon purchasing your product from Noble Rot Wine Bar you agree to accept the product and no refund will be given for a change of mind. When purchasing a Noble Rot Wine Bar Gift Voucher you understand that the expiry date of your product is 1 year from date of purchase. Your voucher will be deemed void after the expiry date has passed.

Under special circumstances Noble Rot Wine Bar may decide to extend the expiry date of your voucher. This is entirely upon our discretion and will not apply in all circumstances.

Accuracy of Content

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to decline orders if the description of the goods or price contain any errors. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the details on this website.

Noble Rot Wine Bar collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.

We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by Payment Express with full PCI compliance, which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the world’s most secure payment methods.

Joining the Noble Rot mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove you from the list.
